What would you highlight about Baya Hotel by Shanaya
Pool was lovely, mountain and town views. Had it to ourselves 2 days in a row which was great. Rooms are nice but basic.
Wifi wasn't great, had to pay large deposit which is annoying to have lots of cash given back to you on the last day.

Location is gud
This is my third trip to Phuket, I had made a mistake Booking rooms with m narina Mentioned facilities is not available no hot water, no room service, worst receptionists, towels are not clean, no ventilation in toilets there are many hotels in Patong with excellent facilities I would strongly recommend not to opt this

Nothing special.
- The room had a very bad smell from the sewer system in the bathroom although we were on 3rd floot it was unberable. - Staff at the reception did not seemed very fryendly and not smiling at all. - The A/C on the balcony was very noisy and we were waiking up in the night because of it. - The bed sheets and the towels were old and dirty. -For some reason you can not bring your food in the Hotel. Penalty is 500 bath! - Breakfasts was very poor and not taisty exept for the watermelon every morning.
