Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar ! Alles in Gehweite erreichbar.

Wir haben ein Zimmer im Nebenhaus bekommen (50m entfernt; vormalige: Saint White Rooms Hotel), das war aus der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Somit direkt an der Hauptstraße, anstatt wie vermutet Nebenstraße. Enormer Geräuschpegel die ganze Nacht durch. Direkt am Balkon ein Kaminabzug vom unten gelegenen Restaurant. Zimmer hat meistens nach Rauch/Grill gerochen. Nochmal würden wir das nicht buchen. Rest war aufgrund des Preises "Okay". Wir haben zum Glück nur 3 Nächte dort verbracht.

Viel Ausstattung, u.a. Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, Tresor... (aber alles eher schlechte Qualität)

Keinerlei Isolierung, werder an der Balkontüre zur lauten Hauptstraße noch an der Zimmertüre zum Flur, auf welchem die halbe Nacht Geschrei war. Schlechter Techno aus den Nachbarzimmern. Bad, Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank haben unangenehm gerochen. Zimmertüre nicht abschließbar.

Der Preis in der Nebensaison war sensationell günstig. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend geräumig, die Betten leidlich bequem und die Bettwäsche hochwertig. Pool auf dem Dach.

Seelenloses 08/15 Guesthouse. Das (gegen Aufpreis) im Restaurant erhältliche Frühstück ist wirklich übel.

Pool was lovely, mountain and town views. Had it to ourselves 2 days in a row which was great. Rooms are nice but basic.

Wifi wasn't great, had to pay large deposit which is annoying to have lots of cash given back to you on the last day.

Location is gud

This is my third trip to Phuket, I had made a mistake Booking rooms with m narina Mentioned facilities is not available no hot water, no room service, worst receptionists, towels are not clean, no ventilation in toilets there are many hotels in Patong with excellent facilities I would strongly recommend not to opt this

Nothing special.

- The room had a very bad smell from the sewer system in the bathroom although we were on 3rd floot it was unberable. - Staff at the reception did not seemed very fryendly and not smiling at all. - The A/C on the balcony was very noisy and we were waiking up in the night because of it. - The bed sheets and the towels were old and dirty. -For some reason you can not bring your food in the Hotel. Penalty is 500 bath! - Breakfasts was very poor and not taisty exept for the watermelon every morning.

Price is quite economic. The market and niky bar nextby is perfect. We did not expect minibar.

A/c broken, water coming out. Reparaiton quite useless. We recieved reply "they are all old" at c/o. Calls and knocking at door at 11.40 and 11.50 for c/o when it should be at 12 without problem

Nice room, good location, can't complain too much for the price.

The breakfast is shockingly bad, no wonder it's only 100 baht. Also couldn't see the bottom of the swimming pool?

The hotel is a reasonable walk to the beach. Fine for a budget hotel, just don't let the pictures inform your expectations.

We booked this property based on the pictures of the pool on the booking website--let me tell you those pictures must be from long ago. The pool area is VERY run down now. Other disappointments: our room was off a separate entrance with no elevator and we had to take stairs every time up to the fifth floor. There were only two very thin towels provided per room, and they would not provide additional towels upon request. The staff was also quite rude to us and several other people. We ended up leaving the hotel a night early to stay somewhere nicer.

The location is not in the centre but it is in a quiet place with affordable food places around

We chose this place for the wifi and the pool but, after check in, they informed us that nor of them were available. The TV also wasnt working and the bathroom was leaking everywhere. Maybe we just come on the wrong day, but they dont even offer us a compensation or an apologice for not fulfilling the services we were paying for.

Unsure how this hotel has such high score - do not be fooled by the score in the 8's!! The staff are incredibly rude , it costs nothing to smile and be polite! Room was cleaned to an OK standard however my towel had fecal stains on it. Took it to reception to be changed and was met with no apology but a huge complaint at ME for previous guests messing the towels. Completely appalled by this behaviour, all I needed was a sincere apology and a clean towel. The towel then got taken off reluctantly and I was told I would have a replacement with me soon. 4 hours later and I still had not received said towel, had to re remind staff. Do not bother here! Unless someone teaches the staff some basic manners and how to smile.

It was very close to the big market, what let us enjoy shopping in evenings and get nice takeaway food and gifts. Also it is close to patong beach (10-15 min walk).

Water wasn't hot. Toiletries very basic, no hairdryer.
